Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ROARFORM. We work hard to ensure your order is processed efficiently and delivered securely. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Free Standard UK Delivery on all orders over £50

  • A flat rate of £2.99 applies to UK orders under £50

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.


3. Tracking

  • All orders are shipped with tracking.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates can be viewed directly through the courier’s website.


4. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


5. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your delivery address is entered accurately at checkout.

  • ROARFORM™ cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


6. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors such as:

  • High order volumes

  • Courier delays

  • Events outside our control (e.g. strikes, severe weather)

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by the courier.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@roarform.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until the courier investigation has been completed.
