1. Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your ROARFORM™ gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

  • We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage caused after delivery, or that fall outside the returns window.

How to Start a Return

  • To request a return, email info@roarform.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • All returns must be authorised before being sent back. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide full return instructions, including the correct return address.

Return addresses may differ from our registered office address and will only be provided once your return has been approved.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, it may be rejected or, where appropriate, offered as store credit at our discretion.

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, please complete the return process and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll resolve it promptly.


2. Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly and reliably as possible.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch

  • International Delivery: Times vary by destination

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays outside our control.

Tracking & Responsibility

  • All orders are shipped with tracking.

  • Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery timelines are subject to the courier’s service.

  • We’ll always assist with tracking and courier enquiries where possible.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we cannot reroute parcels once dispatched.

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £50.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears delayed or lost, contact us and we’ll liaise with the courier.
Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until the courier confirms the parcel as lost.

  • All information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have permission to place an order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or breach of our policies.

  • In the event of chargebacks, we may provide order records, courier tracking, delivery confirmation, and correspondence to the payment provider.

  • Any misuse of discount codes, promotions, or chargeback claims may be investigated.

  • ROARFORM™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

  • All purchases are governed by UK law. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
