1. Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your ROARFORM gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are returned outside the 14-day window.
How to Start a Return

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly. We recommend using a tracked service, as ROARFORM cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

All returns must be authorised before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return does not meet the above conditions, it may be rejected or refunded as store credit.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return addresses may differ from our registered office address and will be provided once your return is approved.

2. Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship all orders promptly.
Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times

UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch

UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch

International shipping times vary depending on destination.
Tracking & Responsibility

All orders include a tracking number.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor your delivery. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we cannot reroute parcels after dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order is delayed or appears lost, contact us and we’ll liaise with the courier.

Refunds cannot be issued until the courier confirms the parcel as lost.
